Myles Conway is experienced with the permitting and development of commercial, industrial and residential projects throughout Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.
This work includes obtaining required permits and entitlements from federal, state and local governments. Myles has significant experience with Oregon land use issues and routinely handles zone changes, text amendments, conditional use permits and other complicated land use issues. In his over 30-years of legal practice, Myles has developed close working relationships with key governmental decision-makers throughout Oregon.
Ongoing and past development projects include data centers, residential developments, industrial facilities, office buildings, airport properties, resort projects, aggregate mines and educational facilities. Myles previously served as a land use Hearings Officer for the City of Bend.
