Myles Conway is experienced in working with state and federal agencies in addressing natural resource and public land issues.  He routinely works with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service to assist landowners in successfully establishing rights-of-ways over protected areas of federal land. 

Myles has also handled complicated land exchange projects involving federal, state and private lands.  Past work includes mining projects/permitting, wetland issues and endangered species matters. 

Myles previously served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alaska where he addressed many natural resource, environmental and public lands issues facing the state, including state access rights on federal lands and litigation related to the Pacific Salmon Treaty.
