Myles Conway works with Oregon non-profit Homeowners Associations on a variety of governance issues. This work includes the drafting, interpretation and amendment of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions that govern the use and development of planned communities in Oregon.
Myles has worked with developers and landowners to establish planned residential communities and to annex new lands into existing communities. Work also includes advice and counsel to HOA boards in the resolution of issues and disputes with individual homeowners.
